After you complete the payment, within 3 working days, you will receive an invitation email to join the platform. Clicking the link in the email will take you to a page where you can set your password and finish setting up your account. Once your account is activated, you will be ready to access your Check-In. Based on this, We will know how to guide you during the TAKE CONTROL and design the ideal training for your specific goals. You’ll be all set to begin your training journey!
Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with your first Check-In. This will allow us to understand your needs and tailor the training accordingly. After the setup, you’ll receive access to the app, and from there, you’re ready to start!
You will have direct access to your coach through the app. If you’re unsure whether you’re doing an exercise correctly, you can send us a video, and I’ll provide feedback or tips for improvement.

Each week, we’ll track your progress during the Friday Check-In. You’ll also gain access to our TRIBE Telegram Group for community support. It’s completely 100% virtual, but offers a much closer and more affordable alternative to personal training on your pocket.

The only requirement is to work out at least 4 times a week for 45 minutes. If you’re traveling, We will provide you with a specific workout that can be done anywhere, whether at home or in a hotel room.
